About this position
What you'll do
- 5 years of project management or technical project management experience in building services engineering (MEP/TGA) for various types of facilities (e.g., research and development buildings, office and administrative buildings, etc.)
- Client-side representation and project management
- Coordination and management of experts, planners, and contractors
- Review, optimization, and development of planning and construction services
- Monitoring and control of execution, quality, schedules, and costs
- Support and implementation of digitalization initiatives and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Coordination, monitoring, and execution of commissioning and acceptance procedures
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
What makes you a good fit
- Completed degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on Building Services Engineering (TGA), Building Technology, Supply Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- At least five of professional experience in specialist design engineering and site supervision, as well as several years of experience as a project manager in the field of HVAC and ventilation systems for commercial and industrial construction projects or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of the relevant legal, technical, and commercial frameworks
- Interest in sustainability, optimization opportunities, and digitalization initiatives
- Interest in instrumentation and control technology as well as smart building solutions
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary communication and a collaborative, team-oriented way of working
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
