TU FUNCIÓN
- Work in close collaboration with sales managers, Supply, PTM and Marketing Strategy on business activities impacting the demand such as promotions/activations, tenders, new product introductions, product phase out, projects, wins/losses, price changes or market changes.
- Create a monthly demand plan for assigned region scope.
- Continuously improve the forecast accuracy by conducting root cause analysis of forecast errors and by challenging the demand input provided by the sales and marketing teams
- Professionally ensure proper preparation and steering of 1:1 meetings with sales and marketing to gather all market knowledge for best enrichment in upcoming cycles
- Secure proper preparation and steering of Demand Review (DR) meetings on region level
- Ensure alignment with local DR participants such as finance/controlling, marketing and sales managers
- Incorporate feedback and communication from the regional S&OP meeting
- Support sales team to handle issues related to supply, purchasing, production, warehousing and logistics, creating process to guarantee a complete alignment of whole sales plan.
- Assist the Head of Business Planning in preparing the regional supply review as well as the regional S&OP meeting.
- Continuously improve the business planning process in line with the global planning operating model.
- Train the business and other related areas on Forecast relevance creating awareness about high importance of precise information.
