YOUR ROLE

  • The Latin America Classified IT Support person will focus on delivery of high quality support to our global executive colleagues.
  • Take advantage of their strong communication skills, will further develop their experience by working with on global projects utilizing a formal methodology, and the explore their desire for personal growth and increased responsibility.
  • They will serve as a dedicated resource of the Information Technology team supporting Latin American Classified Persons, however, while on call they will work closely with the global Classified Person support team to ensure seamless transition of support in other regions.
  • Advertising and consulting of classified persons regarding new technologies, hardware, software, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree 
  • Three years of experience in IT service delivery and/or management.
  •  ITIL v2 or v3 Foundation and A+ certification preferred.
  •  Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Ability to translate computer/IT terms and concepts into meaningful business-oriented concepts for effective communication with management peers. •.
