YOUR ROLE


The Junior Analyst Finance Trade is Located within the Shared Service Centre Mexico, the Junior Analyst Finance Trade will carry out and support the performance of day to Finance Trade activities transferred to the Department within the Shared Service Centre Mexico.

• Responsible for execution and support finance trade activities in Henkel´s standard systems and tools according the desktop procedures defined.
• Sticking to standard global standard of finance trade & guidelines
• Apply Quality Management System in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 norm in the daily activities and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process
• Maintaining tariff classifications for all type of materials
• Classifying the tariff classifications on master data level for equipment and special equipment materials with appropriate support
• Maintaining export control for all type of materials
• Maintaining export control on master data level for equipment and special equipment materials with appropriate support
• Releasing orders (deliveries, invoices) blocked due to the missing Foreign Trade Data
• Calculating the Cost of opportunities and preference for the products produced in-house
• Pre-checks of Sales orders, Stock Transfer orders and Blocked orders
• Releasing orders (deliveries, invoices) blocked due to the missing Foreign Trade Data
• Prepare and submit supporting documentation for origin claims (Certificate of origin/Declaration of origin)
• Monitor and request origin documentation from suppliers
• Communication with the vendors from all over the world
• Handling the requests in the Ticketing tool coming to the Common Mailbox
• Requests processing from Henkel customer service, sales and other departments through the Ticketing Tool
• Dispatching of incoming service requests (Ticketing Tool)


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Economics, Business, Foreign Trade, International relations International Trade / Administration

  • Fluency in Spanish, English, Portuguese is a plus

  • 2 years of similar experience
